Brief Bio

Nidavellir is one of the Nine Worlds, located beneath Midgard in the general vicinity of Asgard. It is home to the Dwarves, who are master smiths and craftsmen. The realm is described as a place of underground caverns, mines, and forges, lit by special glowing moss. The dwarves of Nidavellir crafted legendary weapons, including Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, and Odin's spear, Gungnir. It is often associated with Svartalfheim, the homeland of the Dark Elves, which some sources suggest is the same location.
