In Mesoamerican mythology, specifically Aztec mythology, the Ehecatotontli are a group of wind deities. They are considered forms or aspects of the powerful wind god, Ehecatl, who is often viewed as a manifestation of the feathered serpent god Quetzalcoatl. The Ehecatotontli are also referred to as Ehecacoamixtli.
The Four Ehecatotontli:
Mictlanpachecatl: God of the North wind. Associated with frost.
Cihuatecayotl: God of the West wind.
Tlalocayotl: God of the East wind.
Huitztlampaehecatl: God of the South wind.
These four deities represent the winds from the four cardinal directions.
