Brief Bio

In Japanese folklore, Onibi (鬼火) refers to mysterious, glowing orbs of light often seen in marshes and swamps at night, sometimes described as resembling will-o'-the-wisps or fox fire. They are believed to be spirits born from the corpses of humans or animals, and are sometimes associated with intense grudges or malice. Onibi are also known to lure travelers off their path, leading them to their demise.
