Brief Bio

Kyūketsuki (吸血鬼) translates to "vampire" and refers to a blood-sucking or life draining demon or creature, similar to Western vampires, but with unique Japanese characteristics. These creatures are often depicted with pale skin, pointy ears, red eyes, and fangs. They are sometimes portrayed as immortal beings who can turn others into vampires by biting them and having them drink their blood.
