Brief Bio 

Bishamonten, also known as Tamonten, is a Japanese Buddhist deity originating from the Hindu god Kubera. He is one of the Four Heavenly Kings and one of the Seven Lucky Gods. Bishamonten is primarily a god of war and wealth, and is also known as a protector of holy places and Buddhist law. He is depicted as a warrior in armor, often carrying a spear and a miniature pagoda, and is associated with the north direction.
