Brief Bio 

In Japanese mythology, a bakeneko is a yōkai, or supernatural creature, often depicted as a cat with the ability to transform into a human or other forms, and possess various supernatural powers. They are generally believed to be ordinary cats that have lived for a long time, grown very large, or have particularly long tails, which triggers their transformation.
