Leonidas I: The Spartan king who led the Greek forces at Thermopylae.

Aristodemus: A Spartan who was excused from the battle due to an eye infection but returned to Sparta and was initially shamed for his perceived cowardice. He later redeemed himself by fighting valiantly at the Battle of Plataea.
Eurytus: Another Spartan with an eye infection who chose to be guided into battle and died with the other Spartans.
Maron and Alpheus: Two Spartan brothers known for their bravery.
